It's essentially Java, right?

I'm guessing that he's a bit after the learning stage, in which he is creating his own apps. Therefore, it seems powerful and easy though he has yet to test in a high graphic/loc program.

C# is similar to Java, I'm teaching a c# programmer named Isen, Java. He likes it so far.

I love Java as a language... I just don't like the virtual machine/ applet stuff.

It is like flash.
Except with a smaller user base.

It works on Mac, and Windows.

But... It kinda sucks in some ways...
