Does anyone else play those Skittles type games? I do, and I got an awesome combo the other day on Puyo Puyo 2: http://youtube.com/watch?v=6LCxlp1a_Tc

I can't believe some of the other combos on youtube though. Someone got a 20 rensa chain! They must spend their whole life playing the game! ::)

A good free one is Candy Crisis: http://candycrisis.sourceforge.net/

It was developed by a group of indie developers over a developer's forum not unlike the GMG. We should design one of these games sometime, after 4.0 is released.

You got to the last level?! I've never beaten stage 11 and I've been playing for 3 months! How did you do it?

Oh wait, were you playing the 4 level demo? They have a free registration code on the site.

Ya i figured that out and not only that if you spend to much time on a level you lose.

Um Once you get to level 8 you are sorta dead I lost in 5 seconds on that level once. I had it lined up the first time then 1 little bug got in the way and I lost I suppose its possible to beat it but I can't.

Yeah, I find it hard from 7 onwards. You should see the speed of level 11 though, it's insanely fast! You don't have time to think about what you're doing, you just have to hope you get lucky. ;D

Actually 7 I beat in 50 seconds I got super lucky. But I lost 8 in 5 seconds the enemy was INSANELY lucky.

Wow! I just got a 9 chain combo in Candy Crisis worth 93,820 points! The score multiplier was 999 by the last chain! :D I jumped straight from level 1 to 8 in solitaire mode.

I've tried to record it but Jing won't work with the full screen setting of Candy Crisis. That's one of the reason's I prefer Puyo Puyo, as the emulator itself can record movies.

Oddly enough I still had quite a bit of free space in the Candy Crisis combo. I suspected a bomb would come any second though so I took the chance to activate it.

I think you could upload your main Candy Crisis File somewhere and I could open that to see the combo. Just the screen shot I played it in my head and its AWESOME!!! thats like SUPER good

I'm not sure what the terms of distribution are, but I also think that the combo data is stored in Preferences in the Library folder.

I'm trying to beat the combo now, but it's proving really difficult. ;D
