A quick thing I did in 10 or 20 minutes in Blender Freestyle. Just toying with settings. It's amazing what you can do in very little time. xD

I started on a little experiment, because I realized this little image would be alright for making an actual character model:

I imported it into Blender and tried making a mesh from it. I might finish it and I might not. But, it's fun to experiment, anyway.
