Check out some of these soundtracks, they are amazing.
What other games do you guys think have good music?
I remember the first Lemmings did, and so did Gish.
And Duke Nukem.
And De Blob because it changes as you play based on the color you are and how well you're doing.

Tropico had some good music.  So did Civ III.  But, hands down, the best video game music EVER (in my not so humble opinion) would be from The Sims.  I dare you to pull up one of the build mode songs in youtube and not get tears of nostalgia on your keyboard. ;_;  It's great because it's not at all like any other game soundtrack.

It's funny I haven't played Super Meat Boy either, just the original. I really want that game!!!
But the Wii version didn't work out. :(

The obvious answer is tetris. It has 2 musix and they both rule.

I love Yoko Shimomura's work, particularly her scores for the Kingdom Hearts series. The soundtracks for the first two titles are the only CDs I've ever purchased. ;D Here's some of my favourites:

There's such a simplicity to her pieces, and yet there's so much emotion in them.

Did he compose the final fantasy music also? They are very similar. I know those games are somehow related, because they have some of the same characters I've heard from people that play those games. I kind of didn't ever play them because of the Disney theme. From what I have seen, Mickey Mouse hits people with a giant key. But I can't judge.

Nobuo Uematsu was the guy behind most of the music for Final Fantasy, although Yoko Shimomura was inspired by his work. Kingdom Hearts is an awesome mix of Final Fantasy and Disney, and yes, Mickey Mouse ('The King') hits people with a giant key. As does the player character. The plot is epic!
