Just commands, or do you need all the functions as well?

Probably all commands and functions. Don't need descriptions, probably could figure out what each does by the name.

I think the GMG wiki was supposed to accomplish something like this.

That looks like a paste of the old v1.5 help, which is outdated. I'll dump out all the commands and functions next time I'm in the source code.

you can use sc 1.5 syntax, its mostly the same
