Guests don't have permissions to post, looks like a secure flaw was found that a guest is using to spam posts.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a way to mass delete guest posts.

Cleaned up 1700+ spam posts.

There's an admin feature to assign guest posts to a user. I assigned the major guest posters to a throwaway account, then I could delete all the posts of that throwaway account.
