Introducing Time Trial 2!

Al Qaeda and the Taliban have been defeated. Your victory in rescuing Prime Minister Tarryton has taught them that one man can shake the foundations of their military might. But such a hallmark defeat has only slowed them in their progress towards carrying out their new plan. A biological weapon has been stolen and our top intelligence suggests a Taliban terror cell has procured it. Your mission is to rush to Belgium and intercept the weapon before the terror cell relocates it to a more obscure and harder-to-spot location. Failure is NOT an option, Lieutenant. Good luck.
