Yea, all I can say is that I wish I could animate in illustrator, because that 3rd frame was made in flash, by moving components around, and I don't have a copy of it in illustrator

Yes, that is really 3 different frames, no motion tween.
But it really basically is a motion tween, because I am not skilled enough to make major variations to the sprites over time.

Please tell me (Honestly) what you think and give me suggestions on how to improve. I know I really need to.

First of all, the three frames should be feet together, left foot forward, and right foot forward.

It's a bit hard to give advice on improving cartoony vector art... the only thing I can say is add shading.

Yea, I have realized how much I suck at this, so unless I manage to seriously improve soon, I am gonna try instead to go for the gold a different way.
I am going to load up my old model of a human that I made in blender, fix it up, and animate it.
Then I will make the game 3d. well, thats the plan.

Only real problem is that you guys won't be able to play it, unless you are bootcamping a PC partition, because I will be making it in XNA game studio.

PS. Anyways I think I may have more time to work on it than I bargained for, because my sister thinks shes caught swiney flu, so I am probably close behind :(

Also, XNA!? Since when have you known C#?

Um, since I decided that I wanted to learn it?
Learning a programming language isn't that hard, the hard part is getting fluent in it, which I can't do without getting my hands dirty, I have a book on XNA, so it shouldn't be that hard.

And don't telly me that my sprites aren't that bad, they suck :-/
The game is supposed to look heroic, how the heck does that fat thing look heroic?

LOL, thanks, my biggest problem will be textures, I suck at those.
