Dragon Wars (in early production)

I'm making a game called Dragon Wars! Here's the story:
IN ANCIENT TIMES, DRAGONS WERE THE RULERS OF OUR KINGDOM. DIFFERENT CLANS WOULD WAGE WAR ON EACH OTHER TO GAIN LAND AND SUPREMECY. YOUR QUEST IS TO BE THE MOST POWERFUL DRAGON ARMY IN EXISTENCE.

Pretty basic I know. Anyhoo, it's going to kinda be like a mafia wars style game. You have your character, who engages in fights with other dragon clans. You gain gold and experience when you win. Gold buys you better equipment, potions etc. Your character also is assigned a unique clan code. You can add your friends to your clan by inputting their own clan code. The more people in your clan the more powerful you become and the more gold you earn from winning battles. Also every now and then I will give you a treasure code to unlock a free secret item. I will also hide treasure codes (inside the and outside the game) for you to search and discover. Here's a few extremely early screens for you.




So yeah, that's my project for now!

Yes I have my own space. I will use an AppleScript to upload your clan codes. How do you trigger an AppleScript in SC again? Isn't it some secret command?

By our great God and savior, those pictures are astounding! Particularly the first one. Absolutely magnificent Hendo, I wasn't aware that there was such a talented artist in the SC crowd. The game sounds quite enjoyable too. (as well as feasible)

What other media have you done? I'd love to see more. :D

lol don't get too excited. The only images I did was the buttons on the title screen, the shop and the text on the scroll. I do enjoy gfx design but I'm not a good drawer/painter at all. I'm good with web graphics and photo manipulations though.  
I also make a lot of music but so far I haven't used any of my music in the game yet. Just some really fantastic music from some talented musicians at Newgrounds.

I believe in order to call AppleScript, you have to make the file than have Sc call it like an application. You'd have to ask Redd for more details.

That's where LAUNCH comes in.

It's not secret, there's just no official documentation of some lines of code.

It's doing all right, with exams coming, plus having a part time job and a new puppy to take care of things are a little hectic. It's mostly been paper/pencil planning so far.
