IDEA Any chance it's in the downloadable preview you made? The "tech demo"? I can get to all the resources in there.

nicely done, i wasted like two hours trying to do this the other day before giveing up.

when i ported it to sc i was able to cut down some lines by useing numbers to determine direction instead of strings, also with sprite cropping and arrays its only about 100 lines

just to note for anyone who may use it, the downside right now is sprites load in a certain order so if you were to add textures or any kind of detail, the walls on the right overlap the center walls, you dont notice it right now cause the walls are solid colors so they blend in. so making a specific order to load the wall sprites would be a great improvment cause then we could add detail

Hurrah! Thank the Lord for that; it's a bit outdated, but better than having to start again.

You can get it back using file recovery software. I was able to retrieve a deleted word file.

I think there's a demo limit on what file size you can recover.

I never found out if I was going to be allowed to use processing.
I must be dreaming (wake up me wake up) How could this have happened. Tireas' cry when he found his computer fallen over in his chair with it's screen shattered.

just download your uploaded version, the psd is there with the masks. ahem, if this were sc you wouldnt have to make masks cause sc generates mask automatically

Yeah, but it's outdated; I had reconstructed the workspace to accommodate improved accuracy in the rendition of perspective and dimensions for the grid nodes. In other words, I had drawn them to look better and had a bigger canvas! ;D

It won't take me too long to draw the wireframes again, but it's annoying to lose any of the precious time I have these days.

GM doesn't incorporate sprite masks, I use them in photoshop to apply textures to shapes. Colouring within the lines if you will. :)

Just thought I'd post a link to that GM Wars video Eq was talking about earlier in the topic: http://www.gamemakersgarage.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=looneybin;action=display;num=1245948394

The link is in Al's first post.

Oh that is pretty funny. Now I kind of want to make a spin-off with my new animation skills. Could be fun.
It would most likely be a humorous video to explain what's going on with GM/SC. XD
