(the first iteration was on EZBoards)The GMG forums grew quite large so it was necessary to separate them from SilverNetworks. That's when the great split occurred and all of the GMG forums moved to a separate YaBB forum system. Things were fine for a while.For whatever reason Syco felt it was necessary to launch the "GMU" (Game Makers Underground). He never launched anything more than a forum designed to exclude me from posting there. Posting was way down on the GMG Forums and I decided to close them down, as they were no longer being appreciated. However, the GMG hosted the official GameMaker forums, so the decision was made to hide all of the old GMG related boards, except Trash Talk. They are still there in the GMD database.Ghost came along recently and launched the new GMG - the second iteration of the site and the third iteration of the forums.
it would be so cool to integrate graphics of characters from peoples games into the site design. ghost should let you do that, hes not even around much anymore
