actually pretty good, although you can't see the page you're on the nav bar. I like it a lot, especially the news page.

also, zombeh screen shot is broken

I would also consider ghost as a web provider, lots of benefits, and your current providers name is funny, in a bad way.

Yeah I guess that's my host or something, because at first the screenshot didn't load for me, so I reloaded the page and it did...

The typography is pretty bad overall, and you should be using modern xHTML standards for your webpages. Using tables to layout the site is very old fashioned.
