Religion has no place in my life. If I were religious, I'd be in hell with a fork up my as s by now. Well, I'm not so sure - there might be something there, there might not be; I'm just not convinced by religion, but I'm open to the concept. Although my favourite religion has always been Hinduism

I think many people should consider the place of religion in today's society. Recently, all it has done is started wars and caused this new 'islamiphobia'. That's really sucky.

God didn't create science, humans did. We invented the scientific method, which is a way of logically deducing what actually happens in the universe. The ultimate scientific question is, what creates the universe? I don't believe that God is the answer, we just turn to God because we can't even begin to comprehend it.

Religion can be a way to teach morals, values, and give a system to live by to keep people from killing each other. Someone, one day, woke up and tried it out for themselves!

Almost every religion relies on fear and submission. If you don't worship this/these God(s), you are sent into eternal damnation. Religion uses fear to get what it wants, a.k.a. terrorism.

I think younger generations are realizing that God is really symbolic of what we don't understand in this universe. As for the system of government we have, I see the world moving towards a global democracy in the future-- but we'll need some drastic event that will unite the world (something that threatens humanity's existence).
