I think if we make battles for the game, projectiles should be super fast and dodging based on the percentiles. If you could dodge by moving your guy, then The Lag could mess you up. I'd rather we base it on their accuracy and your evade stat.
The battles could remain real-time however, and your placement and distance from enemies would affect the battle. Enemies and players both have to stop for a moment for most attacks, so attacking means you're a bit slower. We could have a base recharge time for attacks too.
Suggested 5th stat: Speed, which affects the base speed and attack speed.
Finally, since percentile stats all affect a base stat they can work the same for any object in the program.
