Hm, I dunno how many people will want to read reviews of stuff from '96. It's really boring for me anyway, I like to read up on the "latest" technology. What are you using for your blog? Wordpress?

No, I'm using Simple PHP Blog. I like the minimalism of it.

It's not just about stuff from '96, but more of a blog for geeks or ordinary people on a budget. The underlying idea is to open up little pockets of stuff which can do things modern gadgets can without paying out the ass for it, so I'm taking out most of the grunt work. So, say for example you like the idea of a netbook, but you have a limited budget - easy, get yourself (x) and couple it with a cheap (y), there you have it, a netbook! That will be in one of my next reviews :P

I used the MC12 as an example to see if I could write a decent review.. I think I did okay.

I found that quite entertaining(Besides some select language). It's sort of exciting to compare the technologies from back then to this day and age. Reminds me of an old apple 2e machine I have that runs these large square disks, it's fun to get it out and mess with it every once in a while. There's just something about old technology.

Thanks Gan :)

If anyone has any requests as to what I ought to review, don't hesitate to ask. This house ought to be full of all sorts of technological curiosities.
