graphics and backgrounds are amazing,as are the walk animation and menu. im interested in how the tactics aspect is gonna work, are enemies going to randomly spawn on the baord whena battle is initiated? cause thats not a bad idea
On paper:
- One board (invisible) on each side of the screen, characters take their places at the start.
- Units can be moved to a different position, but will be reset at the end of each battle.
- Units cross sides when attacking physically.
- Magic affects a range of tiles depending on the spell.
- Magic takes a number of turns to cast and can be interrupted.
- Units will interact with each other depending on their positions.
Examples:
- The target is pushed out of the way if it's low on HP, other unit takes damage.
- Two units sit next to each other, enemy attacks and misses, both counter.
