Upgrading the forum's YABB from 1.4 to 2.5

Over the next days I'm going to be attempting to upgrade the forum. So there's a chance everything may blow up.

At the moment I'm backing up the whole GMG.

what does this new YABB do to the interface of posting? Because I love the semi-retro feel to it.

I've downloaded the GMG and got PHP working on my computer.

In fact I've setup a whole new YABB 2.5 forum on my computer. If I wanted I could make my computer host the forum.

It's kinda cool, all shiny and stuff. Here's a pic:

If you could intergrade it with the site, use the same color scheme as before and get rid of gradients, I think it would look at lot better.
