Title: Renamed to 'Other Languages & Tools'

There used to be a time when GameMaker and SilverCreator were considered 'less advanced' game creation tools. However, they have advanced well beyond simple card-based tools, so this board is now 'Other Languages & Tools'.

TL;DR: Move along, nothing to see here.
