I like that giant marshmallow man in the Ghostbusters movie.

And King Kong, he was cool.

And of course Cookie Monster, and all those muppets really, they're great.

I like the dancing chest-burster alien from Spaceballs.  Coolest little gastrointestinal terrorist in the galaxy.
