That's a complete lie. If the Earth orbitted the sun then why wouldn't we feel the massive change in velocity. Obviously the sun orbits the Earth, look out the window brah, the proof is in the sky.
I'm just kidding

Meh. Setting the writer's agenda aside, I think it would be interesting to know the percentage of people who can explain how we know the earth revolves around the sun.
Edit: I just realized that I wrote the first part as "greentext", as if this were a *chan imageboard. I don't know why I did that. Sorry.

Wow... We have like 4 active members... and three of them just replied to this, and it was sort of implied that they knew the Earth orbited the sun...
I guess that makes me the designated nonbeliever of sun/earth rotational relation. That's what they'll put under my name if I'm ever on a news program.
Designated Nonbeliever of Sun/Earth Rotational Relation. Or just DNSERR for short. It's a pronounceable acronym. D'N'Serr.
Whelp. I'm off to the Flat Earth Society meeting. See ya later, you chumps. If we believed everything that darn Galileo said, we'd ALL be under house arrest and forbidden by the pope to publish our works. Explain that with your so called science why don't you?

Why is this in announcements?
-
Ahahaha, I don't know. The article just surprised me when I saw it. But, I also read a lot after posting it about the surveys done and how people have been debating the wording of the questions. For example, it is unlikely that it was accurate to say people believe in astrology because other studies show that almost nobody knows what it is (meaning they must have confused it with astronomy). It's a strange thing.

I'm just gonna drop this here because it seems to fit the topic of dumb studies.

Soon we'll be collecting potential murderers from KFCs.

Oh wow, was that study conducted by vegans, or the KKK? It's a common stereotype that black people eat lots of fried chicken... and now, Cornell University says that people who eat fried chicken are aggressive... hmm.

Oh snaps
