How fast will GM4 be in terms of sprite speed and loops etc? Im debating whether to use TNT, buy Blitz or wait it out till GM4 comes along...
Yes i am planning to make a game, 2 more days and exams are over! Then I have the whole holidays to make it.

Al mentioned a while back that it was going to be MUCH FASTER  like it could handle 100 sprites and not slow at all.

I must be dreaming (wake up me wake up) How could this have happened. Tireas' cry when he found his computer fallen over in his chair with it's screen shattered.

I need to get a new Mac so I can compile Universal Binaries. If (when) I do that then GameMaker should run a LOT faster. My guess is it will be maybe 25% faster on non Intel Macs and 50% to 100% faster on Intel Macs.

AL, just wondering if maybe i could beta test? Im anxious to get this game under way, ive got a whole lot of planning done and graphics and im tempted to start in TNT, but id rather do it in GM....  :-/
