Yep, I think that there should be three themes. More variety = more awesomeness.
If the goal was variety, there would be no theme.   ;)

what if we had a contest for technical demos, like to see who can make the best inventory system or tactics engine, this way we wouldnt have to dedicate emense time to deveoping an entire game and it might produce some inovative concepts that we all can use

Now that sounds like a good idea. :) Perhaps an engine contest.

But it wouldn't be fair I already made the best Inventory system, back when I was working on Darksville (an abandoned project that might revive itself in the future)
I must be dreaming (wake up me wake up) How could this have happened. Tireas' cry when he found his computer fallen over in his chair with it's screen shattered.

Ok but, The battle engine is unstable, errors have occurred where you computer thinks it is god and makes viruses for all the windows computers and tries to take over the world. But other than those things the inventory system works fine.

That was surprisingly good. I didn't see much of the inventory, but the nav and the battle engine was quite cool. You should definitely finish that game.

The saddest part is that my game's battle engine worked well before I upgraded my version of GM. I guess I was using glitches to make it work. Also I got too many games I am working on (1 to be exact) to start work on Darksville right now maybe when I am done with labyrinth.

lol! ;D I experienced some unusual non constant bouncing word patterns as well, but it never went on for more than 20 seconds.

The contest's in a week isn't it? If we're going with a theme we should probably start the poll now.

How many people are gonna enter?

If the theme is tech demos then I might enter my battle engine (that I'm still working on). Whats the prize this time?
