Super Jetcliff 2: World Ascent - Dev Blog
« on: March 28, 2010, 06:16:11 PM »
Thought I'd make a thread wherein I'd detail the development process of Super Jetcliff 2: World Ascent. I'll post periodic updates, to keep you guys in the know. :)

I'll kick things off with a concept design of the new Menu Screen (though, I'll block out all of the location names but the first... see if you can figure them out!)

More to come... :)

Uh, let me guess, Pike's Peak, Kilimanjaro, Everest, Fuji (not sure about that last one)?  Anyway, I'm looking forward to all the new features you're planning on adding.  It seems like you're turning it into a full-fledged rock-climbing simulation.   ;D

3/4, but very good guesses. Almost 100%. ;)
It's going to be big, another update coming tomorrow (hopefully). :)

That looks really impressive. I love the easter egg stuff like the photo on the cork board and the Motada logo on the laptop + instruction manual. Who's the artist?

Well, yes.
If you are using static text, it will compile the  vectors for you when you export.
Just you have to export it on a computer with the fonts. Edit it on a computer with the fonts as well, and don't use any fancy fonts (unless you import them) for dynamic text.
