That is curious. The 10th dimension is a dimension without time.

Strangely enough, in the Biblical sense, God exists in this dimension.
Alpha and Omega, beyond the temporal limits of time, persistent and permanent. Immutable.

I like to think the universe is fractal and we are in an infinite 3D space where different properties may be observed as you zoom in (as we have observed in atomic particles) and perhaps also as you zoom out (which is apparently much harder for us to do). But this opens up a whole new concept to compliment that.
