Chatbox Feature Want List

    This is the want feature list for the chat box:
    • A color picker
    • Disable/Enable Ding
    • Timestamps On/Off
    • Smilies On/Off
    • Refresh Speed
    • Visual View On/Off
    • Revamped chat box with Visual View [Check Mockup Below]


Post your suggestions and probably once a week I'll add the all the features in the list to the chat box!

oh and options to turn the ding noise off, change the volume on it, turn timestamps on or off, and turn off visible smileys so if someone put : D [without the space] you wouldn't see :D .

also Gan told me I should post this forum suggestion.
Thumbs system. or voting. and stuff.

The visual box is an interesting idea! I guess it would show people's avatar and status?

Is there a reason why the chat moves upward instead of downward?  I'd prefer downward.  It'd be easier to read.

That's so far when I have done and what I need to do.
Smilies and Timestamps are gonna require a bit of recoding in the backend. I'll do that tomorrow.
