GM wiki?

Is there one? I could help update it/create it. I know enough about GM to help.

There used to be one, however it is inaccessible for some reason.

I'm curious as to how to make a wiki page... Do you need your own domain, or does Wikipedia just let you make one?

I don't think you want to make a Wikipedia article Zoo... What we should do is try starting a wiki on Wikia or Someotherplace. It might be really cool. The problem is that someone tried it before and I don't think it failed just because of lack of interest, I think it was also because there wasn't enough things to add to warrant a whole wiki.

Looking at the errors when you try to go the current GMG wiki (http://manual.gamemakersgarage.com/index.php?title=Main_Page), it appears that either the login credentials for the database are incorrect.  Tim probably could fix it with relative ease.  I think it was running off MediaWiki (the same software that runs Wikipedia), which is a free download.

The wiki was a good idea just as a place to document GM and SC's scripting languages with examples.  There's not a whole lot of opportunity for content outside of that.  If GM or SC were to magically get more popular overnight, the wiki would be a valuable resource for new users.
