I went back to watch friday and realized people only thought is was bad because everyone else told them that is was.

Lol Gan Me and Rebecca Black are the same age. ;D Plus at least I like what she stands for and her singing ability.  It's not an illegitament celebrity crush like most people have with Justin beiber which doesn't even have anything to do with his minamal singing abilities.

Wow. Searching the web shows she's 14 years old. Born June 21, 1997. I thought she was more like 17 or 18. I never knew why so many people made fun of the Friday song. I thought it was pretty good. This new one is good too. She sings well. She is really cute too.

I just realized though, I did the math wrong i'm born on the 11th so that means I'm 10 days older not younger ;)

I think most people thought the song was bad just because they had the preconceived notion that it was.

I just watched Friday for the first time, and I strongly disagree.  She's not a bad singer, but the vocal melody seems designed to make her sound bad.  And the lyrics are so vacuous, they're almost surreal.  Rebecca Black isn't bad, but she needs people to write better songs for her.
She sounds better in Person of Interest.  But the lyrics suffer from the same problems.  And the chorus is really jarring to me.
She's definitely cute for a 14-year-old.  I can see how her beauty might affect your opinion of her music.   ;)

lol, 95000 dislikes. she shows no vocal prowess, anybody could sing that song. and lyrically, friday is the lamest song ever written. i wouldnt really consider her much of a musician or performer. i cant believe shes only 14

Kurt, you no longer have a soul if you are being serious. The Friday song is not real music, and she should be banished from society. Honestly, I'm not sure why people keep going on youtube while that monster still lurks in the shadows, waiting to get 950,000 more dislikes. Of all the bad musicians in the world, why her?

I am serious, but I didn't say the Friday was real music. It was mostly her talking to a rhythm and not actually singing. She didn't even write that, the black guy that was rapping sometime in the middle was the guy who wrote it.
Go ahead and delete it if you want, at this point I don't really care, but I still think that sometime in the future she'll be a great singer.
