anyone see this game? the game itself looks cool, i like 2d sidescrollers, and i like the character designs but i dont like the "cartoon network" style of the designs. this aggrivates me cause useing simple jaged edges is just a half-assed way of drawing and makes it easier to draw things consistant which is why its used mainly for childrens cartoons. useing to many straight lines gives it an unorganic look

the theme of the game is so cool it made me want to draw my own interpretation. but why use a childrens cartoon look with a violent game unless it also has cartoon humor

I've not heard of the game, but the art looks cool. Especially your concept. I can't see any guidelines Eq, don't you use them?

LOL I just found their trailer. The art reminds me of the style in Penny Arcade, I think it's kinda cool.

If it's not because the game is humorous, it's because they want it to look like a comic book. It's NOT a realistic game.

ok, i watched a playthrough of this on youtube and it actually looks amazing. i thought the animations were gonna look like cheap flash animations but theyre really well done. it cant be judged on the stills you have to see it in motion, it completely changed my opinion and its so over the top violent its hilarious
