A friend and I have started a forum dedicated to the preservation of 68K Macs.

http://mc68000.org/forums

Some of you may know of the "68kMLA" forums with a similar purpose. Their moderation policies have become fascist, even going so far as to permanently ban me from the forums.

If you have old 68K Macs (or are interested in getting one) you should check out these new forums.

thats so funny, i am into that kind of stuff, i was able to find a old mac 68k on craigslist foir 20$ and the guy delivered it to my house, and best of all it came with  the system 7.5 cd! i grew up on system 7, i have to have it and i dont even know what for, its just a compulsive reaction. then i realized i have no way of getting old games on it cause theres no usb and i cant burn cds or use floppy disks cause theyre not compatible, and my zip drive (piece of sh*t) is long dead. i remember visiting my dad back in the early 90s and playing glider, math blaster, and stunt copter on his mac classic ii, at the time it was cool.

how in f*cks name did you get banned from a forum with only 20 users? spam bots wouldnt even go there

I was banned from the 68kMLA forum. I created the MC68000 forum.

EQ,
If you have some old 1.4mb floppy disks you should look into getting a USB floppy drive. New ones cost about $40 I think. You can probably get used ones really cheap. Then you can put the USB drive to a new Mac, download some old games, copy them to the 1.4mb disk and you can use that disk in 68K Macs.
