so close...

while looking through a magizine, they said that my favorite Childhood game Final Fantasy 7, if it is the rare black label edition, is worth 400$.

Immeadiately I looked thorugh my games and found it and it was the black label, the bad news... The case is cracked in 4 places, disc one seems to be in Narnia, and one of the things that hold the disc in place in the case, has been smashed some how... I now doubt I will get 4$ dollars for it  :P

The black label edition of FFVII isn't worth anything near $400, even in perfect condition.

Things are worth what people will pay for them. If someone working for the magazine will pay $400 for it, it's worth $400 to them. Personally I wouldn't pay anything remotely near $400 for it, but if I had it I wouldn't sell it for anything at all.
