I don't mind the fact that he didn't include it to be on the iPhone but I don't think he should completely stop people from using flash on their personal iPhone/iPad/iPod. Flash maybe cpu extensive and a battery drain but it still is widely used on the internet. People should be able to get their own plug'in for the iPhone.

I thought when one party agrees to exchange a good or service with another party for a good or service each party has new ownership of a different good or service
(I give Apple money they give me iPhone thus Apple now owns the money and I own the iPhone) I could be wrong but that makes sense to me.
