I think Swamp was looking for a link to the old Eclipse forum awhile back and I just came across one on the Roguesoft forum: http://estudios.conforums.com/index.cgi

It seems to me the crescent moon is too curved if the shadow of the earth on the moon moved anymore the moon wouldn't be gone it would be a circle.

Who said it had to be our earth and moon (or sun). It could be somewhere else in the universe.
