Kind of late who cares
Might as well post this topic
In cool haiku form
As Ghost said one day

I'm not sure if we can fit all that in a single quite. Though if possible, it is mine too.

-
We could just too the first couple of posts.
-
You'd have to write it in such a way that it would make sense to the reader without having seen the topic before the modification, and I'd imagine you'd be fairly hard pressed to do that.
It's too good for QOTM. ;D
-
Still your post after that could work.

Charlo: It seems like everybody is insinuating that I don't know what I'm talking about. I know that people have done great and complicated things with GM and SC, but those programs are definitely not as expansive as windows GM is. SC and GM require much more ingenuity to get to a playable finished product; it's almost like programming in a language and not using a game-making tool at all, since there is very little built-in to those programs besides the basics (sprites and scripting). Windows GM much better fits people's ideas of a game-making program, which I think is the reason why it's insanely popular while our game making community can only muster up fifty members.
I'm not trying to be disagreeable, SC and GM are great programs, but they don't make things as easy as most people would like.
Eq: but thats on windows, and windows sucks
-
Why is it that the QotM invariably concerns how Windows sucks ? ???
Perhaps you could be a little more creative.

Perhaps you could be a little more creative.
I agree. We need to think of more creative ways to say "windows sucks".
Any suggestions?

The last QoTM was me getting razzed for my non-hatred of windows, I think we need more variety. :P

LOL! Now that's QOTM material:
GabrielCA: Why is it that the QotM invariably concerns how Windows sucks? Perhaps you could be a little more creative.
Gandolf: I agree. We need to think of more creative ways to say "Windows sucks". Any suggestions?

I like that one!

It still says windows sucks (wich, by the way is the only thing it does a good job at), but not outright. I like it.

I was thinking of copy-pasting old cheesy advertisements for the worst releases (ME, Vista) and leaving them as-is, as a form of deep sarcasm. (Made-up example : "WinME will revolutionize your life")
[EDIT] Still, Silverwind's suggestion is interesting, it has a certain irony to it.

Okay then, with the most votes that one wins!
