And I'm over here in America going "What are you guys talkin' about??"
XD

Nothing interesting has happened in America because, I've come to the conclusion that Obama and most of the Democrats are pussĀ”es and can't get anything done.

Oh, we won't. The Liberals had plans to make a U-turn on their education policy two months before the general election - this was discovered today, and a lot of people are angry. I'm forcing the Student Association to march down to the Lib Dem offices in town and demand some answers.

Here's some pictures for your viewing pleasure of the march and the riot (some of them are from my friend's camera, whilst others are from my mother's camera).

(sorry for taking up so much of the page!)

LOL! A lot of those signs remind me of the Rally to restore sanity, which I narrowly missed.

@Mike Whenever I look at the news, I have to put my head in a pillow for a while to forget how much the government is screwing us over.

They did pass health care reform, which is something.  It's a shame they couldn't accomplish more when they had control of congress.  Now with Republicans in the picture, we will just be in a deadlock for two years.

The government is rarely as proactive as people wish it was.

I don't see why people say that Obama has done nothing. Um, the bailouts? Healthcare?

It would appear that most Americans are negative towards the Healthcare reform.

I guess we will find out how this ends up. Makes you wonder if deadlock is a blessing or a curse.

Inaction is the absolute worst course that the US can take at the moment. Both parties need to shut up and work together.

Liberal pansies and stubborn republicans. Maybe if people stopped labeling and judging each other before someone even started their job we would get something done. :P

I'm typing this from WarHampster's old MacBook. I've sold to a few people online I knew (including telstar, pick up your damn Clamshell already :P), but I've never bought from anyone, not a major item like this anyway.

It's pretty surreal knowing that you're on my old laptop! As you guys might know I collect game dev hardware and betas, so I buy on forums a lot.

...and on that note, anyone willing to lend me Ā£35.45 to pay the customs charges? Don't think of it as lending money; think of it as investing in a brother's computing experience!

Hi my name's Connors and my real name is Connor. XD
I'm currently an 11th grader, and I live in Albuquerque NM. I found Game Maker about 6 or 7 years ago, I forget, and I loved it, but I didn't do much game making until I picked it up again in '09, and then I decided I liked Silver Creator.   (EDIT: did I mention I used Game Maker for OS 7??)   I'm currently in an animation class.
My current project is learning TNTBasic and I'm also trying to make a single player puzzle/reflex game using the code from the Tron tutorial. I plan on looking at the tile maps soon as well.
http://www.TNTBasic.com I have a web page at https://sites.google.com/site/onronc/ that hasn't been updated in a while because I haven't made anything worth uploading.
I also have these accounts:
http://onronc.deviantart.com
http://www.youtube.com/CapnConnors
and Facebook.
Just checked your deviant art page, very awesome stuff.
You could make a seriously artistic game.
